Gibraltar Industries, Southeastern Metals & Dot Metal Products Divisions takes all warranty complaints seriously. Please follow the instructions below in order to ensure prompt and efficient handling of your claim.
By following the term and condition below:
Notification of condition must be in writing, and must include a completed Complaint Form. Form must be filled out in its entirety, including SEMCO invoice information. Omission of this information may cause a delay or denial of your claim, as it is needed for verification of sale.
Please submit photographs of the roof, including detailed/close ups of the problem areas, as well as pictures of the entire structure/entire roof. When possible, a sample of the roof metal can also assist in the claims investigation.
The Warranty Services Administrator will notify the Distributor and Homeowner in writing within thirty (30) working days as to the status of the warranty investigation.
Please complete this form and submit it. Our customer support team will review your request and get in touch with you to schedule the necessary steps for warranty support.
During the warranty investigation period, the Warranty Services Administrator will maintain correspondence with the Distributor and Homeowner at 45-day intervals to provide updates on status.
Once all information above is received, investigation into your claim can begin.
